Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. This policy is written to be clear for customers and to meet Google Merchant Center expectations for return and refund transparency.

Conditions for Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
- How to start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

- Return shipping costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases we will cover return shipping.
Exchanges
- Request an exchange by specifying desired size, color, or product in your return email.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Store credit: If chosen, store credits are emailed and can be used on future purchases.
- Restocking fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount; this fee is disclosed at point of return initiation.
Non‑Returnable Items
