Handling time

  • All orders require 3–5 business days for handling (order verification, packing, and handoff to carrier). Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping cost

  • Free worldwide shipping is applied at checkout for all orders.

Delivery timeframes

  • United States: 3–5 business days from the end of the handling period.
  • Worldwide (outside United States): 5–8 business days from the end of the handling period. These timeframes are estimates and begin after the handling window completes. Actual delivery may vary by carrier, destination, customs processing, and local postal services. 

Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff for same-day processing is 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST on a business day enter the handling queue that same day; orders placed at or after 5:00 PM PST begin handling on the next business day. Weekends are not counted toward handling or delivery estimates.
  • U.S. federal holidays are treated as non-business days and will delay handling by one business day per holiday.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via reputable carriers selected based on destination and package size.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once the order ships. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor transit and estimated delivery.
  • If tracking shows a delay, customers should allow carriers 48–72 hours for status updates before contacting Pelle Store.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Pelle Store is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
  • We recommend customers check local import rules before ordering.

Delays and Exceptions

  • Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, natural events, or incorrect shipping information. Pelle Store will notify customers of known delays and work with carriers to resolve issues.
  • If an order is lost in transit, Pelle Store will assist with carrier claims once tracking confirms loss.
